1:1 ADHD coach online for anxious, neurodivergent folks looking for a different approach to work and life.
Apply for coachingOn paper, your life looks incredible. You have an impressive list of accolades and achievements, a job that would make plenty of people envious, and look like you always have your act together.
But on the inside, you feel like an anxious wreck.
Your life is full and busy, but your levels of stress and anxiety are through the roof.
You value your job and people would call you successful, but you struggle with people-pleasing and perfectionism at work that make “work-life balance” feel like a laughable pipe dream.
You tear your hair out trying to stay organized at home, but your dishes keep piling up, your belongings are scattered everywhere, and the neverending to-do lists keep growing.
Sound familiar?
Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world is lonely and tough. It’s easy to think you’re just not good enough because of the way you move through life.
We’ve all been taught that there’s a right and wrong way of doing things, and that success means being able to juggle everything effortlessly. So you spend your time working your ass off but still feeling like a failure because the things that seem so easy for everyone else are so hard for you.
But you know what? I call bullshit on that narrative. There’s nothing wrong with you. Your brain simply works differently from other people’s. As your ADHD coach, I believe in celebrating and affirming who you are, neurodivergence and all.
I’m Danielle Wayne, a licensed therapist, social worker, and ADHD coach. I see your struggles and challenges. And I believe that everyone deserves to feel content in their own skin– you included.
I work with neurodivergent and anxious people like you to let go of old coping mechanisms like perfectionism and people-pleasing in order to find better balance in their lives and bodies. With nearly a decade of experience, I’m here to help you figure out alternative approaches to the life that works for you– not the one you’ve been told you’re supposed to have.
I know how much pressure you face as a neurodivergent person because I’ve been there. I worked a high-pressure job that stressed me out for a long time. My coworkers were the type of people who’d never heard the word “boundaries” or “work-life balance” before in their lives. I couldn’t figure out why I was struggling so much in this environment when it just seemed like the norm for everyone else.
If you’re like most of my clients, you probably got the message when you were young that unless you worked 1000x harder than everyone else, you’d be perceived as lazy, stupid, and worthless. And now you’re stuck in a cycle of anxiety, exhaustion, burnout, perfectionism, resentment, and people-pleasing.
The more time you spend shaming, blaming, and “shoulding” yourself, the more stressed you feel. But what’s the alternative? Shouldn’t you just buckle down even more, pretend you aren’t struggling, and white-knuckle your way through the rest of your working life?
Well, that’s certainly one option. It’s also the path you’ve been on up until now. Maybe it’s time to try something else.
I’m here to tell you that a life where you feel good enough – as a human, a professional, a partner, whatever – is possible. As your ADHD coach, I’m here to help you get there.

Here are some common questions I get about coaching for ADHD.
Each 45-minute session costs $200.
Scheduling can be flexible depending on the client’s needs, but I usually recommend that we meet every two weeks.
The main difference between ADHD coaching and therapy is the severity and expression of symptoms. Coaching clients are typically high-functioning people who have the capacity to work through their challenges in a less intensive setting. If you’re having suicidal thoughts or behaviors, or you aren’t able to function on your own in daily life, please stop what you’re doing and go to your nearest emergency room or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 right away.
Another difference is that I can work with you anywhere as your ADHD coach online. Therapy laws and regulations, on the other hand, require that you live in either Iowa or Idaho.
